14-Day Returns

We offer full refunds for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch.
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included.
  • Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days.
  • Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

      The Babymore Veni Cot Bed gives a very sleek appearance and additional and very useful storage space!  It’s simple design makes it a chic addition to any Nursery. With its warm oak wood finish, the Veni Cot Bed is at home in either a modern or more traditional setting.

      The mattress can be adjusted to three different heights. When your child is in the highest position, you won’t have to strain your back to pick them up or put them down. The mattress may be easily lowered as your child develops. It has teething rails on both sides to keep your young baby’s gums and teeth safe.

      Babymore’s Veni Cot Bed is a stylish option because it can be quickly transformed into a toddler bed. This will serve them well until they are old enough for a full sized single bed.

      This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not include accidental damage, loss of parts, misuse, wear and tear, or any unauthorized modifications—and may incur additional charges for parts or repair. The warranty is void if the product is not registered, and any claim must be supported by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, invoice, etc.).

      To make a claim, simply retain your order confirmation or invoice and contact us within 12 months at support@dreamynursery.com or 0333 090 2685. If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
