At Dreamy Nursery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we aim to make the returns and refunds process clear, fair, and stress-free.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched by emailing us at support@dreamynursery.com. Cancellations are processed promptly and free of charge, unless your order has already been shipped.
Returns (After Delivery)
You have the right to return your item within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging
- Mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty
- Assembled furniture is not eligible for return
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly communicated prior to arranging the return. No restocking fees will be charged
How to Start a Return or Request a Refund
Please do not return any items without prior authorisation. To begin the return or refund process, email returns@dreamynursery.com or call 0333 090 2685 with the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Contact number
- Purchase date
- Date goods were received
- Items you wish to return
We will respond within 48 working hours with instructions.
Refund Eligibility
We offer full refunds for:
- Orders cancelled before dispatch
- Eligible returns received within 14 days of delivery
- Items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described (within 30 days) — you may request a full refund, repair, or replacement
- After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights
Deductions from Refunds
We may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund if:
- The item has been used, assembled, or not returned in original packaging
- The item was damaged due to handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect it
How and When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please allow up to 14 working days after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of one of the following:
- Receipt of the returned goods
- Receipt of proof that goods have been returned
- Confirmation of cancellation (if goods weren’t dispatched)
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once your return is approved.
