Refund Policy

At Dreamy Nursery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we strive to make the refund process clear, fair, and stress-free.

When Are Refunds Issued?

We offer full refunds for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch
  • Returns within 14 days of delivery (excluding unsealed mattresses), provided items are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging — delivery costs included
  • Faulty, damaged, or goods not as described you're entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights

Return & Refund Deductions

We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the refund if:

  • The returned item has been used, assembled, or is not in its original packaging
  • The item is damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, or functioning

How Refunds Are Issued

All refunds will be made to your original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Please allow up to 14 working days after processing for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at returns@dreamynursery.com with your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Contact number
  • Purchase date
  • Date goods were received
  • Items you wish to return

We’ll respond within 48 working hours with return instructions.

Important: Items must not be returned without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before arranging the return.

Refund Timeframes

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the earliest of:

  • Receipt of the returned goods
  • Receipt of evidence that goods have been returned
  • Cancellation confirmation (if goods were not dispatched)
