Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Dreamy Nursery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we aim to make the returns process simple, clear, and stress-free.
Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing support@dreamynursery.com. Cancellations are processed promptly and free of charge unless the item has already shipped.
Returning an Item (After Delivery)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The return window begins the day you (or an authorised recipient) receive the goods.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before arranging the return.
How to Start a Return
As return addresses vary by supplier, items must not be returned without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email returns@dreamynursery.com with the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Contact number
- Purchase date
- Date goods were received
- Items you wish to return
We’ll respond within 48 working hours with return instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- Items must be in as-new condition
- Assembled furniture cannot be returned
Hygiene Restrictions
Due to hygiene standards, mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us immediately at support@dreamynursery.com
- You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days, we’ll help arrange repairs or replacements in line with the manufacturer’s warranty (an inspection may be required)
Track Your Return
To check the status of your return, please email returns@dreamynursery.com with your name, order number, and contact details. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is approved.
