How do I contact Dreamy Nursery?

Thank you for choosing Dreamy Nursery. We are honoured to be a part of your journey as parents, and we look forward to helping you create spaces where memories are made and dreams are nurtured.

Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm and Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 4pm.

You can contact us using the form below, or you can send us an email to info@dreamynursery.com. Our Parent Care team will aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.

What products do Dreamy Nursery offer?

We specialise in premium baby and nursery products, including cots, bassinets, nursing chairs, changing tables, bedding, décor, and playroom essentials. Our curated collection focuses on quality, safety, and style to meet your parenting needs.

Are your products safe for newborns and toddlers?

Absolutely! All our products meet or exceed safety standards, and we prioritise non-toxic, baby-friendly materials. Safety is at the core of every product we offer.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We are committed to sustainability and offer a range of eco-friendly products crafted from sustainable materials, including organic bedding, FSC-certified wood furniture, and non-toxic finishes. Look for the “Eco-Friendly” badge on product pages.

What is your return and refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@dreamynursery.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.

Please note that returns must be sent to specific locations within the UK, depending on the supplier. As such, any items returned to us without prior authorisation and instructions will not be accepted. We kindly request customers to contact our customer service team to arrange and confirm the return process before sending any items back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@dreamynursery.com.

 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

At Dreamy Nursery, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Please find our shipping policy below:

Free UK Shipping

We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase is required—just shop and enjoy complimentary delivery straight to your door!

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, we pre-authorize your card but will not charge it. Once product availability is confirmed with our supplier, we process payment and dispatch your order immediatley. If there's a delay, we void the pre-authorization and notify you.

Processing Time

If your item is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days

Order Tracking

We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@dreamynursery.com so that we can help.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on the supplier. For accurate details, please refer to the product page of each individual item.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the Dreamy Nursery Family on support@dreamynursery.com or call the team on 0333 090 2685. We are here to assist and ensure your order reaches you promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

International Deliveries

We will gladly ship our products to international customers. Due to the wide variety of product dimensions, please email us at shop@dreamynursery.com and we will provide an up-to-date shipping price quote for you on request, per order.

If you are happy with the proposed quote, we will prepare an order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.

Do you offered customised products?

We don't currently offer custom products. For alternative options please contact our product experts at support@dreamynursery.com and they can discuss our luxury collections with you.

Do you have a showroom?

Dreamy Nursery does not have a physical showroom.
