Free UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders to Mainland UK, including England, Wales, and most areas of Scotland. Some remote postcodes may incur a surcharge and longer delivery times.

Items are dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse. Order's are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (daily cut off time - 4pm GMT). Additional Delivery Areas

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands, or international locations, please contact us directly at sales@dreamynursery.com for a custom quote.

For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses. We also reserve the right to decline delivery to addresses we consider unsecure, such as PO Boxes or communal mailboxes. If your order is affected, we will contact you promptly.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Your card will be pre-authorised at checkout.
  • Payment is only processed after confirming stock availability with the supplier.
  • If your item is unavailable or delayed, your pre-authorisation will be voided, and you will be notified promptly.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Method

  • Deliveries are made to your front door or main entrance of flats/apartments only.
  • A capable person(s) must be present to receive and handle large items.
  • Couriers cannot enter the premises due to legal restrictions.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your scheduled delivery, a £50 redelivery fee will apply to arrange a new date.
