Free UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders to Mainland UK addresses, across England, Wales, and Scotland.

Items are dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse. Order's are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (daily cut off time - 4pm GMT). Please note that delivery services may vary depending on the item. For any questions regarding direct deliveries, please contact our sales team at sales@dreamynursery.com.

Additional Delivery Areas

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to offshore locations, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and International locations.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you’re located in one of these areas, please contact us at sales@dreamynursery.com, and we’ll do our best to help you find a suitable delivery solution.

For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses. We also reserve the right to decline delivery to addresses we consider unsecure, such as PO Boxes or communal mailboxes. If your order is affected, we will contact you promptly.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Your card will be pre-authorised at checkout.
  • Payment is only processed after confirming stock availability with the supplier.
  • If your item is unavailable or delayed, your pre-authorisation will be voided, and you will be notified promptly.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Method

  • Deliveries are made to your front door or main entrance of flats/apartments only.
  • A capable person(s) must be present to receive and handle large items.
  • Couriers cannot enter the premises due to legal restrictions.
