Orders cancelled before dispatch.
Items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included.
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days.
Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
