We offer full refunds for:

Orders cancelled before dispatch.
Items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included.
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days.
Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

The Obaby Airflow Pocket Spring Mattress will provide your Child with optimum comfort and support. The mattress has been Handmade using the best quality British ECO Ultra Firm Fibre, Individual HD Pocket Spring construction and has unique hypo allergenic properties.

The HD Individual Pocketed Springs work independently and the ECO UF Fibre Surround has a unique open cell structure that reacts and responds to Baby's body heat and weight by moulding to the contours of the body, therefore allowing the perfect Airflow and keeping the Baby's skin nice and soft . Also with added protection the mattress comes with a non removable “Care cover”, which is water repellent and helps to keep the interior nice and dry, giving your mattress that extra long life protection.

The Luxury Pocket mattress has a Soft Micro Fresh removable Fabric cover, that has the benefits of the mattress cover washable at 40 Degrees and is totally Hypo Allergenic, Anti Allergy & Anti Bacterial made to prevent Dead Skin cells and body oils from penetrating the mattress and attracting dust mites and other microscopic organisms that can cause allergic reactions.

Guarantee

Obaby products sold at Dreamy Nursery and registered HERE qualify for a two-year manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss of parts, misuse, wear and tear, or any unauthorised modifications—and may incur additional charges for parts or repair. The guarantee is invalid for any product not registered, and any claim must be supported by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, invoice, etc.).

To make a claim, simply retain your order confirmation or invoice and contact us within two-years at support@dreamynursery.com or 0333 090 2685. If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
