14-Day Returns

We offer full refunds for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch.
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included.
  • Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days.
  • Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Guarantee

Obaby products sold at Dreamy Nursery and registered HERE qualify for a two-year manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss of parts, misuse, wear and tear, or any unauthorised modifications—and may incur additional charges for parts or repair. The guarantee is invalid for any product not registered, and any claim must be supported by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, invoice, etc.).

To make a claim, simply retain your order confirmation or invoice and contact us within two-years at support@dreamynursery.com or 0333 090 2685. If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
