Returns within 14 days of delivery (excluding unsealed mattresses), provided items are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging — delivery costs included

Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days
After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.
Important: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
