• Handling time is typically 0–1 business days, with a daily cut-off time of 4pm (GMT).
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and usually take 2-3 business days to arrive.
• The total estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.

Free UK Mainland Delivery: Available across all mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive your scheduled delivery, a £50 redelivery fee will apply to arrange a new date.

Additional Delivery Areas: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to offshore locations, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and International locations.

Doorstep Only: Delivery to your front door or main entrance of flats/apartments ONLY. A capable person(s) must be present to sign and handle large items. Couriers cannot enter buildings due to legal restrictions.

14-Day Returns

We offer full refunds for:

• Orders cancelled before dispatch

• Items returned within 14 days of delivery (excluding unsealed mattresses), provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included

• Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Babymore products sold at Dreamy Nursery qualify for an extended 1-year limited warranty on nursery furniture. Visit babymore.co.uk/warranty for full details and to register your product.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not include accidental damage, loss of parts, misuse, wear and tear, or any unauthorized modifications—and may incur additional charges for parts or repair. The warranty is void if the product is not registered, and any claim must be supported by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, invoice, etc.).

To make a claim, simply retain your order confirmation or invoice and contact us within 12 months at support@dreamynursery.com or 0333 090 2685. If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
