Orders cancelled before dispatch.
Items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included.
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days.
Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

The Clair de Lune Essentials Cot Bed - White & Natural is a practical sleep solution designed to grow with your child from birth to approximately five years of age. Crafted from FSC-certified pine, it offers a safe and sturdy sleeping environment while maintaining a lightweight design that makes it easy to reposition within the room.

This cot bed includes three adjustable mattress base heights, allowing you to raise or lower the mattress as your baby transitions from infancy to toddlerhood. As your child becomes more mobile, the cot can be safely adapted to keep pace with their changing needs.

When your toddler is ready for more independence, the cot easily transforms into a toddler bed by removing both sides. This setup supports a smooth transition and makes the most of the cot’s long-term functionality. Designed with ease of use and value in mind, the cot bed arrives flat-packed with clear assembly instructions.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse, accidental impact, or any unauthorised modifications.

To make a claim, simply retain your order confirmation or invoice and contact us within 30 days at support@dreamynursery.com or 0333 090 2685. If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
