14-Day Returns

We offer full refunds for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch.
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included.
  • Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days.
  • Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

    Each drawer is fitted with two elegant brushed metal handles and glides effortlessly on smooth metal runners, ensuring easy access.

    The changing section is seamlessly attached to the top of the chest, with no visible fixings, maintaining a clean and elegant look. It comfortably fits a changing mat up to 75 × 45 cm and is set at an optimal height for parents.

    This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not include accidental damage, loss of parts, misuse, wear and tear, or any unauthorized modifications—and may incur additional charges for parts or repair. The warranty is void if the product is not registered, and any claim must be supported by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, invoice, etc.).

    To make a claim, simply retain your order confirmation or invoice and contact us within 12 months at support@dreamynursery.com or 0333 090 2685. If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
