We offer full refunds for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch

  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery (excluding unsealed mattresses), provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included

  • Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Amani products purchased from Dreamy Nursery are covered by a 30 Day warranty from the date of delivery against any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse, accidental impact, or any unauthorised modifications.

To make a claim, simply retain your order confirmation or invoice and contact us within 30 days at support@dreamynursery.com or 0333 090 2685. If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
