Items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included.

Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Constructed from Malaysian rubberwood, the frame is designed for daily use. The bed includes a fixed ladder on the right-hand side and a solid slatted base, offering consistent support for both top and bottom bunks. This layout cannot be modified, and the ladder position should be assembled as per the instructions and product images.

One of the key features of this bunk bed is its convertibility. As your needs change, the frame can be separated into two individual single beds—providing flexibility for future use. Additionally, a 27cm clearance beneath the bottom bunk offers the option to use the space for additional storage.
