Orders cancelled before dispatch.
Items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging — delivery costs included.
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items within 30 days.
Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty.

After 30 days, you may still request a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

The Clair De Lune Organic Knitted Palm Moses Basket (with Rocking Stand) - Cream offers a natural and eco-conscious sleeping solution for newborns. This set combines traditional craftsmanship with mindful material selection. The handwoven palm leaf basket is both lightweight and breathable, accompanied by a rocking stand that offers gentle motion.

This Moses basket includes a bamboo mattress with natural coir coconut fibre, wool, and bamboo viscose for breathability and support. The organic knitted dressing, made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, adds a soft layer to the sleeping environment. The design is complemented by a modern, neutral colour, intended to fit a range of nursery decors.

Clair De Lune products purchased from Dreamy Nursery are covered by a 30 Day warranty from the date of delivery against any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse, accidental impact, or any unauthorised modifications.

To make a claim, simply retain your order confirmation or invoice and contact us within 30 days at support@dreamynursery.com or 0333 090 2685. If we verify a manufacturer’s fault, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights in any way.
